GENERAL PRIVACY NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 GDPR NO. 679/16 (Official Gazette of 29 July 2003, General series no. 174, Ordinary supplement no. 123/L). 
EU Regulation no. 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data as well as on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the “Regulation”) contains a set of rules aimed at ensuring that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with people’s fundamental rights and freedoms. This Notice incorporates its provisions; it is provided in accordance with the Regulation’s guidelines, in order to explain how the personal data of visitors to the website www.dimorasasanka.com are collected and processed. This website does not collect personal data automatically, except for certain technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the site itself. These cookies are used solely to provide and improve the services offered and to enable the best browsing experience on the site. Technical cookies are not used for profiling purposes and are not transmitted to third parties.

Data Protection Officer not appointed as data processing is not carried out in the cases under art. 37 GDPR 679/2016.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA              
Among the Personal Data processed by the Controller are those that allow direct identification (personal details, contact details, etc.), as well as those falling within special categories, so-called sensitive and biometric, by way of example the data acquired from payment provisions and cookies.

Personal The Controller uses the Personal Data concerning you that you have provided, in compliance with the relevant regulations.        
PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING             
Your Personal Data are processed by the Controller within its business activity for purposes related to company aims and needs: 1) tourist rental, hotel/non-hotel tourism activity, direct marketing; 2) performance of contracts and services 3) fulfilment of obligations arising from contracts and sector regulations, social security, assistance, workplace safety and health, insurance and tax matters 4) for technical, security and asset-protection reasons. Refusal to provide mandatory personal data makes it impossible for the Controller to fulfil what is requested. Direct marketing: the processing of your Personal Data to carry out activities aimed at promoting and selling the company’s products and services or to conduct customer satisfaction surveys through letters, telephone, internet and other communication systems is optional and your consent is required.          
The legal bases for processing are: a) consent; b) performance of specific contracts or services; c) legitimate interest for technical, security and asset-protection reasons; d) compliance with legal obligations.      
Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data: affiliated parties, formally appointed external processors (tax consultants, labour consultants, IT companies, hosting providers, postal couriers, general practitioner). The personal data provided by the data subject are not intended for dissemination, and may be communicated to third parties in a collaborative relationship with the Controller and/or for the fulfilment of legal obligations, bound to the strictest confidentiality regarding any information they may become aware of (by way of example only, public administrations, supervisory and control bodies for their institutional purposes, third parties collaborating with the Controller to achieve the purposes indicated above, also for the management and/or maintenance of IT systems, such as system administrators and/or consultants, communication agencies and/or professional firms, subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies or in any case related to the Controller).                          
PROCESSING METHODS AND RETENTION TIMES OF PERSONAL DATA             
Your Personal Data are processed using manual, IT and telematic tools and in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. In general, your Personal Data are kept for a period of ten years from the end of the contractual relationship to which you are a party, and no longer than two years for marketing purposes. Personal Data may also be processed for a longer period where an interrupting and/or suspensive act of limitation occurs that justifies extending the retention of the data. Employees process the data after receiving a formal appointment together with communication of the operating instructions to be followed, limiting processing to institutional purposes only.    
DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS          
As a Data Subject, you may exercise at any time against the Controller the rights provided by the Regulation listed below by sending a specific written request to the e-mail address: info@dimorasasanka.com; by post to the address: Sofie Toris – Via dei De Vita, 56 – 71019 Vieste -FG-. In the same ways, you may revoke at any time the consents given with this Notice. Any communications and actions taken by the Controller following the exercise of the rights listed below will be carried out free of charge. 
Right of access             
You may obtain from the Controller confirmation as to whether or not processing of your Personal Data is underway and, in such case, obtain access to the Personal Data and to the information provided for by art. 15 of the Regulation, including by way of example: the purposes of processing, the categories of Personal Data processed, etc. If requested, the Controller may provide you with a copy of the Personal Data being processed. If the request is submitted by electronic means and unless otherwise indicated, the information will be provided by the Controller in a commonly used electronic format.        
Right to rectification             
You may obtain the rectification of your Personal Data that are inaccurate, as well as, taking into account the purposes of processing, the completion of the same where they are incomplete by providing a supplementary statement. 
Right to erasure             
You may ask the Controller to erase your Personal Data if one of the grounds provided for by art. 17 of the Regulation applies, including by way of example where the Personal Data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or where the consent on which the processing of your Personal Data is based has been withdrawn by you and there is no other lawful ground for processing. We inform you that the Controller will not be able to proceed with the erasure of your Personal Data where their processing is necessary, for example, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in court.             
Right to restriction of processing      
You may obtain restriction of the processing of your Personal Data where one of the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation applies, including for example: contesting the accuracy of your Personal Data for the period necessary for the Controller to carry out the checks; objecting to processing pending the appropriate checks by the Controller regarding the prevalence of the grounds that legitimise the processing itself.

Right to object   
You may object at any time to the processing of your Personal Data where processing is carried out for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or for the purposes of the Controller’s legitimate interest. If you decide to exercise the right to object described here, the Controller will refrain from further processing your personal data unless there are legitimate grounds to proceed with processing (grounds overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject) or processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in court.    
Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority for the protection of personal data               
Without prejudice to your right to take action in any other administrative or judicial venue, if you believe that the processing of your Personal Data by the Controller is carried out in breach of the Regulation and/or applicable law, you may lodge a complaint.       
Newsletter notice on the processing of personal data pursuant to article 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016 The newsletter is published on the website www.dimorasasanka.com and distributed by e-mail to applicants who fill in the relevant form. The data provided will be used with IT and telematic tools in order to provide the service and will be kept for as long as it is active. The legal basis for processing is the consent expressed through the (positive) act of subscribing and providing data for this purpose. The data will be processed exclusively by the Controller’s staff and collaborators (see full notice at the link in the privacy policy section) or by parties expressly appointed as processors (e.g. for technological maintenance needs of the site). Data subjects have the right to obtain, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or restriction of processing concerning them or to object to processing (arts. 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The relevant request is submitted to the certified e-mail address of the data controller or the DPO, where appointed. It is hereby communicated that data subjects have the right to lodge a Complaint with the Privacy Authority, as provided for by art. 77 of Regulation 2016/679, or to bring the matter before the appropriate judicial authorities (art. 79 of the Regulation).
